Christian Howse is a Canadian Folk Music Award-nominated singer-songwriter from Newfoundland, Canada, making waves in the East Coast music scene with his heartfelt storytelling and masterful musicianship.
Renowned for his distinctive fingerstyle guitar work and evocative lyricism, Christian continues to evolve as both an artist and a social observer.
Christian released his sixth album, Break Through, in September 2025. Break Through showcases a mature sound that blends poetic lyricism with bold, innovative production.
Christian’s artistry has been recognized with numerous accolades, including a 2018 nomination for Canadian Folk Music Young Performer of the Year, three 2019 MusicNL nominations for Rising Star, Male Artist of the Year, and Folk/Roots Artist of the Year, and a 2025 MusicNL nomination for his sync placement on Hudson & Rex.
